NEWSFLASH: 02-11-03

Well, this event is right around the corner and rest assured I will be taking the camera. This year, the event will be very emotional as this is David Robinson's last year playing the postition of Center for the San Antonio Spurs. A career of playing basketball that started and will end in the ALAMO CITY. I personally will miss him as I have enjoyed watching him play all these years. I also think he still has a few years in him, but that is another story.

We have formally invited David Robinson to join us on stage for a song or two, as David plays the Sax and piano. However, we do not know if he will as of yet. It is somewhat up in the air as "The SPURS" have to play a game the next day and Coach POP will more than likely want to get his team home earleir than usual. They play against the Sacramento KINGS at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday March 1st, 2003 in the SBC Center. I will keep the site posted to any new developments. Until then...
